Morey’s Piers Makes a Splash in With Two New Waterpark Attractions

WILDWOOD – Cool off this summer with hot new attractions at both of Morey’s Piers’ beachfront waterparks: River Adventure at Raging Waters and Wipeout! at Ocean Oasis.
The Lazy River at Raging Waters underwent a major overhaul during the winter to become one of two new Morey’s Waterpark attractions – River Adventure. River Adventure takes guests through an endless expedition of family fun with geysers, waterfalls, a grotto to explore, rock faces and more!
“River Adventure enhances the overall atmosphere at Raging Waters,” said Jack Morey, Executive Vice President of Morey’s Piers. “The attraction really tells a story through imaginative landscapes.”
At Ocean Oasis, guests can race head to head with friends and family on Wipeout!, a six-lane racer slide that sends guests head first down the slopes to a wet and wild finish. Wipeout! shares more than just its name with a piece of Morey’s history, the giant land slide that was also known as Wipe Out, one of Morey’s Piers first amusements.
“The attraction’s structural resemblance to the giant slide pays homage to our beginning,” said Will Morey, President and CEO. “It’s a terrific family attraction our guests will enjoy for the thrill, the multi-rider capacity as well as the nostalgia factor.”
Together, these attractions represent a reinvestment of over $2 million into the parks that will provide hours of family fun for years to come.
