CAPE MAY – The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) will receive a check for $110 collected from generous patrons who attended “Clueless at the Physick Estate,” sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC). MAC tour managers chose the ASPCA to receive donations from patrons this summer and fall because the estate’s original owner, Dr. Emlen Physick, was a devoted dog owner who had 14 dogs of mixed pedigree over his lifetime.
The Emlen Physick Estate is the setting for “Clueless at the Physick Estate,” in which a mystery unfolds in “whodunit” fashion, reminiscent of the popular board game. Audience members help unravel the mystery as they follow cast members from room to room and uncover clues.
The Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC) is a multifaceted not-for-profit organization committed to promoting the preservation, interpretation, and cultural enrichment of the Cape May region for its residents and visitors. MAC membership is open to all.
