CAPE MAY – Osprey Landing at Cape May Marine is home to glorious sunsets dipping below the harbor horizon, unspoiled wetlands, luxury townhomes, and now Cape May’s seventh annual Designer Show House, sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC). This $2.2 million four-story luxury townhome with deep-water dockage overlooks the harbor and wetlands and will soon showcase the talents and products of some of the area’s best-known designers and vendors. It opens for tours as Cape May’s Designer Show House from June 17 through Oct. 30.
Osprey Landing at Cape May Marine is everything living at the shore is supposed to be. Wildlife flourishes in your backyard, Cape May’s harbor and wetlands, and your day is marked with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the best of old and new and experience lavish living in this new property built on the 100-year old historic Cape May Harbor. The Designer Show House at Osprey Landing coincides with Cape May Harbor’s centennial and this celebration, as well as the home’s unique character, is reflected and interpreted by well-known area designers.
The townhome’s four stories will be transformed into a harbor-side homeowner’s dream. The property offers unparalleled amenities including a designer kitchen with Viking appliances, gas fireplace, entire fourth floor master bedroom suite, three decks, private elevator with access to all four floors, private two-car garage and a deep-water boat slip.
This year’s Cape May Designer Show House will be open for self-guided tours from June 17 through Oct. 30. Tours are offered daily from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and evenings at 7 p.m. every Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday. Each visitor will receive a full-color program book with information about the designers, products and vendors. Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for children (ages 3-12). Tours of the Designer Show House can also be combined with luncheon and dining packages. Osprey Landing is conveniently located at the end of the Garden State Parkway on Lafayette Street at the entrance to Cape May.
Proceeds benefit the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC), a multifaceted not-for-profit organization committed to promoting the preservation, interpretation, and cultural enrichment of the Cape May region for its residents and visitors.
