Lower Township Showed Its Talent

ERMA — “Lower Township You’ve Got Talent” nearly filled the auditorium at Lower Cape May Regional High School Friday April 24.
The three hour show featured a number of singers, gymnasts and dancers from throughout the lower cape area.
First place winners were:
• Grainne McKnight for five to nine year old category.
• Amanda Tuel in the adult division.
• Caroline Roth in the 10 to 12 year old category.
• Rachael Bohn and Leatrice Spiewak in the high school division.
The show was a fundraiser for the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church Food Bank in Villas.
The event was hosted by Terry O’Brien. Judges for the show were: Mr. J., Mayor Michael Beck, Ted Dawkins and Carol Matthews.
Corporate sponsors for the event, which aided the food bank, were Sturdy Savings Bank, Best Buy Modular Homes, Lower Township Optimist Club and North Cape May Acme.
The event was coordinated by Eileen Kreis.
