Holtzman Gallery Presents Solo Exhibition Featuring Michael Waters

By Sponsored Content

Born in Atlantic City, Abstract Artist, Michael Waters attended the Parson School of Design and pursued a career in the fashion industry in New York City. Later, he traveled the world, finding inspiration along the way. Upon his return to Atlantic City, he immersed himself the art culture of South Jersey, serving on the board of the Ocean City Arts Center, Ocean City Fine Arts League, Atlantic City Arts Center and Ventnor Cultural Arts Center.
Water’s unique style comes from within, as he allows his intuition and imagination to guide him through the creation process. His inspiration comes from his interest in symbolism, hieroglyphics, and the depths of nature – underground and beneath the surface. He uses bold colors and varying textures which result in classic balance and harmony.
Waters has won numerous awards throughout the region. His work has been exhibited by The Society of New Jersey Artists, The Toms River Artists Community, The Willingboro Arts Center, The Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts and the Noyes Museum of Art, where he is a signature Artist Member.
Meet Michael Waters and explore his unique perspective at the Holtzman Gallery Opening Reception on Saturday, April 19 from 7pm-9pm. Hors-d’oeuvres & refreshments will be served. The event is free and open to the public and the show runs April 9 through May 12.
