‘Hollywood Holidays’ Set for Dec. 16

By Sponsored Content

We know what you’re saying. “I’d love to watch all those great holiday movies in theaters or on TV, but I cannot do one more thing this holiday season.” In one fun-filled night, the Cape May Film Society will help you check one more thing off of your holiday to-do list. We will present to you all of the greatest moments in most of the best of Hollywood’s Holiday Films–all in one night with your favorite beverage, some snacks, and a chance to win prizes. Oh, and it’s all for free.
We will be showing Christmas disasters (which will hopefully makes yours less bothersome), clips of what we are calling “Warm Fuzzies” (that tear in the eye, awhhh moment), the iconic parts of everyone’s favorite ghost story, “A Christmas Carol” and of course spectacular, music movie moments.
Which movies will we feature? Come and find out. There will be trivia, of course, and a chance to win some great prizes (you can use them as Christmas presents, so we will have saved you some shopping time as well). Plus, who doesn’t like dessert and coffee? Please RSVP to Capemayfilm@hotmail.com and tell us whether you want coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
If you have a favorite movie, let us know and tell us why; it could be the basis for next year. “Hollywood Holidays” is scheduled for Monday, December 16, starting at 7 pm at West Cape May Borough Hall.
