NORTH WILDWOOD – You might say the sea-son’s half over. But if you’re an optimist, you’ll know that half the season of free Concerts under the Stars is just waiting for you to come out and enjoy.

All concerts take place at Lou Booth Amphitheater, Second and Ocean avenues beginning at 8 p.m.
Thurs., Aug. 12—-“Girls Next Door” Tribute to the Supremes will be the featured event. Forget Madonna, the GND version of “Beautiful Stranger” blows the blonde away. Joni Mitchell is hard to compete with, but if you’re going to cover her songs, you better do it well:
“River” is as flowing and beautiful as the origi-nal recording. “Ain’t Mis-behavin’,” “Somewhere Over The Rainbow,” and
“Java Jive” are essential in proving the malleability of the GND style.
The Girls Next Door want you to have fun and undoubtedly will give you “Something to Talk About.”
