AVALON – Check out these activities at the Avalon Free Public Library!
Story Time
The Avalon Free Public Library presents Story Time at 10 a.m. on May 23 in the Children’s Library. Join us for stories, songs, and crafts for children of all ages.
Video Game Day
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold Video Game Day on May 22 from 3:15 to 4:45 p.m. All ages are welcome. The event is free and open to the public.
iPad Beginner’s Class
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold an iPad Beginner’s Class on May 22 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. This is a basic skill class for the beginner. Please bring your iPad to learn about its features. Registration is required by calling 967-7155 or stopping by the circulation desk.
iPad Workshop
The Avalon Free Public Library will hold an iPad Workshop on May 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Please bring your iPad to learn about its features. Topic is Camera. Registration is required by calling 609-967-7155 or stopping by the circulation desk.
The Avalon Library received 5 stars in Library Journal’s national rating of public libraries, based on statistical performance data collected by the Institute of Museum and Library Services. The Avalon Library is one of only three libraries in New Jersey to receive the 5-Star designation five times since 2009. The library is located at 235 32nd Street and provides free and open access to first class collections, services and programs that inspire, inform and enrich the community.
