Crest Plans Bigger, Better Music Series for Centennial

WILDWOOD CREST — In celebration of its Centennial Year, the Borough of Wildwood Crest’s free Summer Music Series is set to be bigger and better than ever.
Wildwood Crest will offer 31 exiting evenings of free live music during its Centennial Live Music Series this summer, beginning Mon., June 28 and culminating Mon., Aug. 30.
Free live music shows will be held each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Shows will take place on a handful of other dates as well.
All Monday shows will be held at 7:30 p.m. on the outdoor deck of the Crest Pier Recreation Center at 5800 Ocean Ave. Wednesday and Saturday performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. at Centennial Park at Fern Road and Ocean Ave., utilizing the park’s newly constructed entertainment pavilion.
Additional live music shows will be held Fri., July 2, Sun., July 5 and Fri., Aug. 27 at 7:30 p.m. at Centennial Park.
Seating will be provided for Monday evening shows at the Crest Pier. Those attending perform-ances at Centennial Park should bring a blanket or a chair.
All shows are free and open to the entire family.
In the event of inclement weather, all live music shows will
be held inside the Crest Pier at 5800 Ocean Ave.
