Crest Plans 9th Annual Borough-Wide Yard Sale

WILDWOOD CREST – Bargain hunters are encouraged to spend the day in Wildwood Crest for the ninth annual Borough-Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, May 14 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will feature nearly 200 yard sale locations throughout the borough.
Maps featuring yard sale locations will be available on Thursday, May 12, at the following locations: Wildwood Crest Borough Hall, 6101 Pacific Avenue; Crest Pier Recreation Center, 5800 Ocean Avenue; Joseph Von Savage Memorial Pool, 8800 New Jersey Avenue; Nana’s Deli, Heather Road and New Jersey Avenue; and Suncrest Market, Preston Road and New Jersey Avenue.
Rain date for the event is Sunday, May 15.
Residents and visitors are reminded to obey all traffic laws as they travel through town on the day of the event.
Following the yard sale, registered participants are strongly encouraged to leave bulk items, electronics, metal and rigid plastics curbside for pickup by the Wildwood Crest Public Works Department. Unwanted clothing and textiles can be dropped off at the Crest Pier Recreation Center at Heather Road and Ocean Avenue immediately following the yard sale.
These items will be taken by borough staff to the borough’s Goodwill drop-off center located at the public works department.
