County Library Hosts Family Movies

By Press Release

COURT HOUSE — The Cape May County Library invites children, ages 6-12, and their families to attend our Family Movie program. A screening of Muppet Treasure Island will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sept. 20 at the Main Branch of the Library, located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
Kids ages 6-12 and their families are invited to continue the fun of Talk Like a Pirate Day by making your own pirate hat and joining us for an afternoon showing of Muppet Treasure Island. Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale of a young orphan who becomes involved with pirate Long John Silver is given the Muppet treatment in this vibrant children’s musical. Watch the movie, enjoy snacks and drinks, and relax for free at your library! Muppet Treasure Island is rated G.
Registration is not required for this event. For additional information, please contact the Children’s Room at (609) 463-6354, email children@cmclibrary.org, or visit online at www.cmclibrary.org.
