COURT HOUSE – Cape May County Freeholder E. Marie Hayes and the Library Commission are pleased to announce the winners of the 2013 Teen Photography Contest, “A New Point of View”, sponsored by Sturdy Savings Bank and brought to you by the Cape May County Library. The contest was open to all teens from twelve to eighteen years old. The winning photos will be displayed at the Cape May Court House Library through September.
