WILDWOOD — Tickets are now on sale for the first ever Wildwoods Country Music Weekend, scheduled for Friday, Oct. 22 and Sat., Oct. 23.
The event will be highlighted by a Wildwood Country Showcase concert on Saturday, featuring platinum selling country music group Sawyer Brown, along with American Idol singer, Josh Gracin, and country music duo Bomshel.
The concert will begin at 7 p.m. inside the Wildwoods Convention Center’s Oceanfront Arena, located at 4501 Boardwalk. Tickets for the Saturday night concert are $42.95 for arena seats and $52.95 for floor-level seats. Tickets can be purchased at www.WildwoodsCountry.com or by phone at 888-448-7641.
Tickets are also on sale for the Starlight Roadhouse Country Dance Party on Fri., Oct. 22, also taking place in the Starlight Ballroom inside the Wildwoods Convention Center from 8 p.m.-midnight.
The dance party will feature live country music by After the Reign; contemporary country DJ Cowboy Kenn between sets; and line dancing lessons with Vicki Cusack. After the Reign has played across the country, opening for Diamond Rio, Vince Gill, Charlie Daniels and Johnny Paycheck.

The free country festival will take place in Fox Park, located across from the Wildwoods Convention Center from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and will feature live music by Tequila Rose, Due South, and the Ann Oswald Band.
Headliner for the Saturday night Wildwood Country Showcase is Sawyer Brown, “the Rolling Stones of country music.”
Also performing at the Wildwood County Showcase is Josh Gracin, whose big break came when he appeared on “American Idol” during its second season.
