Relive the days of the Roaring 20s with music, dancing and dinner at an elegant fundraising event at The Corinthian Yacht Club of Cape May (1819 County Highway 640, Cape May, NJ) on Sun., June 24 at 6 p.m.
The gala will feature vintage cars, elegant flapper dresses, great music, period décor, dinner and dancing, and lots of surprises. Start the evening off right by sipping a complimentary champagne cocktail among beautiful Cape May harbor views. Dine on a feast of gastronomic delights while taking advantage of a plentiful cash bar. Guests will dance the night away to live tunes provided by Purple Reign- Philadelphia’s ‘Triple Threat Band’. Boasting a “kickin’ rhythm section, smokin’ horns, and the best vocals on the east coast,” Purple Reign is one of the Philly area’s most sought after musical acts.
In addition, the Stage has assembled both a live and silent auction that will feature scores of exciting items for guests to bid upon. For art lovers, highlights include original artwork by renowned artists including Marie Natale and David Clemans, and a beautiful hand painted wooden table by local artist Peri. Food lovers will enjoy bidding on private cooking classes with dinner for six, a wine pairing with live entertainment and dinner for six, or a Vintage Croquet and Lawn Tea Party for 16 couples.
