RIO GRANDE — Once again the Make-A-Wish® Golf Outing will be hosted and sponsored by Cape May Par 3 & Driving Range. The event will be held on Fri., May 6.. There will be two shot gun starts, one at Noon and one at 4 p.m.. We expect a sold out event which will benefit children living with life threatening medical conditions, to fund their fondest wish. The Make-A-Wish® Foundation of New Jersey grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. With the help of generous donors and more than 300 local volunteers, the Make-A-Wish® Foundation of New Jersey granted over 475 wishes last year in the state.
The Make-A-Wish® Foundation of New Jersey is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization governed by a diverse and respected volunteer Board of Directors. Founded and chartered in 1983 under the auspices of the Make-A-Wish® Foundation of America, Phoenix, Arizona, the New Jersey chapter serves the entire state of New Jersey.
Cape May Par 3 is an 18-Hole par 3 course that takes only a couple hours to play. A round of golf is only $15.95 (Juniors $10). We offer a full golf facility with full size, country club condition greens, 2 practice greens, a full length driving range, and pro shop. James Quinn, professional golf instructor, is available for lessons, clinics, and consultations.
A short drive from Ocean City, Avalon, and Wildwood, Cape May Par 3 is an excellent golf course for everyone, including new and experienced golfers.
