Cape May County to Host 41st Annual Senior Art Show

COURT HOUSE – The 41st Annual Senior Art Show will be held June 3, 2015 at the Cape May County Administration Building located at 4 Moore Rd., Cape May Court House, NJ, at Exit 11 on the Garden State Parkway. The show is open to the general public at 11 a.m. after the judging is completed. The show offers the talents of both professional and non-professional Cape May County senior residents.
Applications are available as of April 1, 2015 and will be at all Cape May County Libraries, County Senior Centers, and the Department of Aging and Disability Services office. Senior artists that had participated in the 2014 art show will receive applications in the mail. Also, please call the Department of Aging and Disability Services and an application can be mailed to you. The number is 609-886-2784.
The applicant must be 60 years of age or older and a year round resident of Cape May County. The entries to the show must have been completed in the past three years. The entries must meet the requirements as listed in the application and returned to the office of the Department of Aging and Disability Services no later than May 20, 2015 to be accepted into the 2015 Senior Art Show. No substitutions are accepted at the last minute.
