Cape May Celebrates Halloween with Afternoon Parade

CAPE MAY – Cape May’s 28th annual Halloween Parade stepped off at 3 p.m., Sun., Oct. 23 from Lyle Lane and the Rotary Park.
The parade ended at the Emlen Physick Estate where trophies were awarded for best costumes. Everyone received a ribbon.
Additionally, trick or treat took place on the Washington Street Mall before the parade.
