BBQ, Blues Night Slated In Stone Harbor

STONE HARBOR — Stone Harbor will host the first Barbecue and Blues Night Wed., Aug. 4 from 4-9 p.m. at the Recreation Field on 80th Street.
Music will be provided by the Philadelphia Blues Band, Mikey, Jr.
A barbecue dinner consisting of ribs, chicken, sides and cornbread will be catered by Pappy’s Pig Roast. Eat in under the tent and enjoy the festivities or take out is available.
The evening is a partnership among a number of Stone Harbor community organizations. Each of these groups will be providing various forms of entertainment for the enjoyment of the attendees. The American Legion is planning a dunk tank with many local celebrities participating.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for children 12 and under. Adult tickets the day of are $25. Tickets may be purchased at the Stone Harbor Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center on 96th Street. For further information, contact the Chamber of Commerce at 368-6101.
