A touch of “Gay Paree” at fashion show and luncheon

The Cape Women’s Resource Fund hosts Les Chapeaux du Printemps fashion and luncheon, Sunday, May 3 at the Golden Inn in Avalon.
Fashions are from Pappagallo’s in Stone Harbor and will be modeled by members and friends. Women are encouraged to wear a hat, and prizes will be awarded in several categories.
Doors open at 12:30 p.m. with reserved seating. The luncheon, with a French touch, begins at 1 p.m. with a no-bid silent auction.
Proceeds benefit the educational and civic programs of Cape Women’s Resource Fund, the Cape May County Branch of the American Association of University Women and the League of Women Voters of Cape May County.
Tickets are $35 per person for a sit-down luncheon with cash bar. Tables for 8, 10, and 12 can be reserved. Send checks, payable to Cape Women’s Resource Fund, to CWRF, Box 903, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
