5th Family Promise Fundraiser Set Dec. 17

COURT HOUSE — Family Promise of Cape May County, the Cape May County Special Services School District, and Cabanas Beach Bar & Grill are partnering to host the fifth annual holiday event, Fri., Dec. 17.
Each year, this event is held to raise much needed funds and provide relief for children, families and individuals needing our community’s kindness.
Family Promise of Cape May County aids homeless and low-income families achieve independence and security, and our Special Service School District provides effective educational and life skills programs that meet the unique needs of our students with special needs.
Be sure to bring the entire family this year to enjoy a complimentary buffet, drink specials, DJ Ed McDonugh playing the tunes, and a special appearance by everyone’s favorite M.C. – Santa Claus.
Hosts ask that those attending show their kindness by bringing a new and unwrapped, toy, book, video, or game for our Special Services School students, and a $5 donation for Family Promise of Cape May County.
Additionally, a 50/50 raffle and a Chinese auction will be held to raise funds for Family Promise. This is an opportunity for our community to band together and help Family Promise realize their vision of every member of Cape May County having the safety of a home, livelihood, and the possibility of building a better future.
