Cape May’s Spring Festival
April 24th through May 3rd
Where: Throughout Cape May
The nation’s oldest seashore resort bursts into 50 shades of green during Cape May’s 20th Annual Spring Festival, co-sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC) and the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cape May. The city’s charming Victorian gingerbread architecture, renowned restaurants, lovely green gardens, abundant flowers and shade-dappled streets make it the perfect place to enjoy 10 fun-filled days celebrating the arrival of spring. Beach Plum Farm Spring Festival
April 25th from 11am to 5pm
Where: Beach Plum Farm, 140 Stevens Street, Cape May
Bring the whole family down to Beach Plum Farm for our second annual Spring Festival! Come and feast on roast lamb with farm fresh sides and sip on some local beer from Cape May Brewery. Don’t forget to pick up a signature Mason jar sweet tea while you’re here, and check out our piglets, chickens, honey bees and new ducks! You will even get the chance to meet “Blue the Pig!” Beach Plum Farm’s Spring Festival is a day full of family fun activities: hop on a hayride, go on a scavenger hunt through the farm, learn how to plant a flower in your own painted flower pot, and roast delicious s’more.
Cape May Wine Trail
April 25th at 12pm to 5pm
Where: Begins at the Carriage House Café and Tearoom
Spend the day visiting Cape May County’s wineries and sampling the unique flavors of each. Begin with lunch at The Carriage House Café & Tearoom at the Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St., then board the trolley to Willow Creek Winery, Hawk Haven Vineyard & Winery and Natali Vineyards. $75 includes lunch, wine tastings at each vineyard and a wine tasting glass.
70s Dance Party and Concert
April 25th at 7:30pm
Where: Wildwoods Convention Center
Get out your leisure suit, Qiana dress and platform shoes. Disco, along with rhythm and blues, are coming to the Wildwoods Convention Center Apr. 25. The City of Wildwood is hosting a 70s Dance Party and Concert that features a lineup of talent that will have everyone out of their seats and onto the dance floor.
2015 March for Babies March of Dimes Walk
April 26th at 11am
Where: Sports & Civic Center in Ocean City
On Sunday, April 26, hundreds from the South Jersey Shore will gather for March for Babies in Ocean City to benefit the March of Dimes. Leading the festivities will be the event’s Ambassadors – Andri and Lynda Kuswendra and son Carter and daughter Claire. Participants can meet the Kuswendras at the Sports & Civic Center in Ocean City on Sunday, April 26. Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. with the walk kicking off at 12:00 p.m. For more information, visit marchforbabies.org.
