All ages are welcome to join us for a day of Racing, Cooking, Arts & Crafts, Face Painting, a Hermit Crab Beauty Pageant and Crabbing Tournament!
Learn the art of crabbing…and cooking! Recipe books will also be available so your family can make the dishes you learn at home.
We need your recipes!
We’re putting together another great Crabulous Cookbook and welcome any submissions. Have a great family recipe? Submit it and we would be happy to include it in our book, with credit to you of course! Submit your creations via email (patrice@wetlandsinstitute.org), fax 609-368-3871 or through our facebook page (discussions tab).
Also, think about submitting a crab dish for our tasting! If you are willing to drop off a dish or crabcakes that day please call (609) 368-1211 and let one of the Education Interns know what you will be bringing so we can have a sign ready for your dish.
