Spring is just around the corner and the Shore’s ready for it. Check out these top events for the weekend!
Mystery Weekend
March 13-15
Where: The Henry Sawyer Inn 722 Columbia Avenue, Cape May
The award-winning East Lynne Theater Company, with The Henry Sawyer Inn and Twin Gables Inn, present Murder Mystery Weekends Nov. 14-15, 2014, and in 2015: Feb. 20-21, March 6-7, March 13-14, and March 27-28. It’s a great opportunity for guests to test their sleuthing skills.
Tour of Emlen Physick Estate to Benefit Cape May Community Food Closet
March 13 at 2 PM
Where: Emlen Physick Estate 1048 Washington Street, Cape May
Learn about Victorian architecture and local history while helping your neighbors in need during three days in March with free tours of the 1879 Emlen Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St.
These free tours are being offered by the Friends of the Physick Estate, an affinity group of the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC), on Fridays, March 6, 13 and 20 at 2 p.m., in exchange for a small donation of items that will benefit the Cape May Community Food Closet.
Ferry Beer Flight Dinner
March 13 from 5:30-9:30 PM
Where: Cape May Ferry Terminal 1200 Lincoln Boulevard, Cape May
Visit the Cape May-Lewes Ferry to enjoy a local brew and dinner.
Free Pizza and Family Movie Night
March 13 from 6-8 PM
Where: West Cape May Boro Hall 732 Broadway, West Cape May
The West Cape May Environmental Commission presents Free Pizza and Family Movie Night from 6-8 p.m. March 13 at West Cape May Boro Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May. Two award winning live action wildlife films will be shown. Each film runs approximately 30 minutes.
Stone Harbor Shiver Polar Plunge
March 14 from 9:30-12 PM
Where: Stone Harbor Beach 96th Street, Stone Harbor
Come join us on Saturday, March 14th by running into the COOL Atlantic Ocean while supporting two great charities – Wounded Warrior Project and Habitat for Humanity of Cape May County!
Pi Day 5k and Kids’ Race
March 14 from 9:30-12 PM
Where: Ocean City High School Track 501 Atlantic Avenue, Ocean City
We invite students, parents, and members of our community to this once-in-a-century opportunity to run/walk a 3.14 mile race on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 9:26:53 AM.
CANCELLED: St. Patrick’s Day Parade
March 14 from 11:30-2 PM
Where: Atlantic Avenue, North Wildwood
Due to weather conditions, the North Wildwood St. Patrick’s Day Parade has been cancelled. There is no rain date. A ceremony will still be held this morning, March 14 at 11:30 a.m. inside the Recreation Center.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Celebration
March 14 from 3:30-9 PM
Where: 93rd and Landis, Sea Isle City
On March 14, Sea Isle City’s 25th Annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade will take place starting at 3:30 p.m. along Landis Avenue, 93rd to 63rd Street.
St. Patrick’s Day Celebration
March 14 from 9-1 AM
Where: Congress Hall 200 Congress Place, Cape May
Join Congress Hall in yet another exciting St. Patrick’s Day celebration with the John Byrne Band, Saturday March 14th 9pm-1am.

Where: The Wildwoods
Join the 14th Annual Pub Crawl.
Sunday Night at the Movies
March 15 from 7-8:30 PM
Where: The Branches N. 2nd Street, Rio Grande
Enjoy Sunday Night at the Movies March 15 at The Branches, next to St. Mary’s Thrift Shop, behind Family Dollar on Rt. 47 at N. 2nd St & E. Vermont Ave, Rio Grande at 7 PM to see “Conviction” starring Hilary Swank.
