105th Wildwoods Baby Parade Results

By Press Release

WILDWOOD – The Wildwoods Baby Waddle Contest and the 105th Wildwoods Baby Parade, which took place July 29 and July 30 respectively, were fun-filled events full of smiles, babies and toddlers from across the tri-state area.
The Wildwoods Baby Waddle Contest brought out speed-crawling babies and waddling toddlers to the Wildwoods Convention Center. The contest turnout more than quadrupled from last year with 41 babies and toddlers joining the contest. Participants in the two categories – The Crawl and The Waddle – were encouraged by their parents to crawl or waddle to the edge of a 147” diameter circle. The baby or toddler that made his way out of the circle first won. The winner of The Crawl was Isabella Marie Pirolli from Philadelphia, PA; and the winner of The Waddle was Leah Fedorchak from Bridgeport, PA.
This year’s 105th Baby Parade drew in more than 70 of the region’s most adorable children, along with parading string bands, dancing mascots, floats and huge crowds of parents, family, friends and vacationers – all there taking part in the festivities and admiring the costumed youngsters. This year the parade theme was open, giving the participants creative freedom to design their costumes and floats.
The 105th Wildwoods Baby Parade drew babies from throughout the tri-state area; and three winners from each of the seven divisions were chosen.
