Learn to Support Loved Ones with Mental Illness with this Free Local Seminar

From Tabernacle United Methodist Church

The local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, offers its next “Family & Friends” seminar on Saturday, May 4, 2024. It will be held from 8:30 to 11 a.m. at Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Erma, on 702 Seashore Road.

NAMI Family & Friends is a seminar that informs and supports people who have loved ones with a mental health condition. Participants learn about diagnoses, treatment, recovery, communication strategies, crisis preparation and NAMI resources. Seminar leaders have personal experience with mental health conditions in their families.

The featured speakers are:

  • Dr. Jeanmarie Mason, NAMI Atlantic Cape May Member and Trainer
  • Dr. Sally Mahon, NAMI Atlantic Cape May Board Member and Vice President
