KALUNCHIK, JR., ROBERT W. Robert W., Bob K, Bobby Kalunchik Jr., 56, of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 24, 2023. Robert was born on April 26, 1967 to Robert and Lucille Kalunchik Sr. (Bernhardt) in Jacksonville, Florida. After Robert graduated from St. Joseph's Preparatory High School (Philadelphia, PA) in 1985, Robert went on to study Accounting at Temple University. After graduating with a degree in Accounting, Robert started his first job at Graybar as an accountant, kickstarting a 31-year career taking him from Philadelphia to Quincy, Massachusetts to Villas, New Jersey to Blue Springs, Missouri and ending his career in Jefferson City, Missouri. In December 2019, Robert retired and spent his free time enjoying his beautiful home in Jefferson City, Missouri surrounded by close friends and neighbors. Robert is sadly missed by his parents, Robert and Lucile D. Kalunchik Sr. (Bernhardt), his sister, Kristen L. Deppenschmidt (Carl III), his niece, Erika Lyn Deppenschmidt (Rachel) and his nephew, Carl W. Deppenschmidt IV. A Celebration of Life in Robert's honor will take place on Monday, November 20, 2023, in his hometown of Jefferson City, Missouri. All are welcome to attend.
