Vaccines are important for every age person to stay healthy and help your immune system fight off the latest strains of virus that is circulating, especially those older than 50 years old. Vaccines work by teaching the body’s immune system to recognize and defend against harmful viruses or bacteria before getting an infection, and reduce the chance of getting certain infectious diseases.
