Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 13 indictments Oct. 29.

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons.

Matthew H. Gould was indicted on two counts of fourth-degree aggravated assault in Wildwood in September.

Charles P. Whitaker faces a single count for fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, a fixed blade knife.

Albert Gilbert and Steve Seeburg were indicted separately and independently of each other. Both face two second-degree counts for endangering the welfare of a child. Both faced the counts for possession of child pornography in sufficient numbers to warrant the second-degree designation. Gilbert is from Middle Township and Seeburg from Dennis Township.

Jayden Williams, Ryan Hubler, Eugene White and Patrick Sladek were each individually indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS. The substances were methamphetamine for each of them except White, for whom the substance was cocaine.

Shaun M. Kennedy was named in a two-count indictment where each count was for third-degree theft of motor vehicles in Woodbine.

Akbar Muradov faces a second-degree count for computer theft and a fourth-degree count for theft of a credit card.

Lance Schick-Albanese was indicted on two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, fentanyl and cocaine.

Mary J. Tourison faces a second-degree count for eluding police in a motor vehicle in the City of Cape May in August.

Uladzislau Pantsaleeu and Akbar Muradon were jointly indicted on a charge of fourth-degree shoplifting and conspiracy.
