Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 10 indictments Nov. 12. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.   

Jason Sierra was indicted on two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS. The controlled substances were alprazolam and buprenorphine.

Eric Davis faces a count of fourth-degree driving while suspended after being stopped in Middle Township.

Omar Rodriguez Jimenez was named in an indictment for second-degree endangerment of the welfare of a child.

Trystan A. Rayer, Dwight C. Layton and Naomi S. Paulis were separately and independently indicted for one count of third-degree possession of a CDS. The controlled substances were heroin, methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Kiara Vega-Aguilar faces two third-degree counts for resisting arrest and aggravated assault on a Wildwood police officer.

Lenny L. Cano was indicted for third-degree theft of a motor vehicle, a 2020 Chevrolet 450 box truck, in Lower Township.

Joseph E. Rivera-Soto faces an indictment for burglary of a 2015 Toyota Camry in Wildwood.

Zuleyka Delgado-Gonzalez was indicted on two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine and fentanyl.
