Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up four indictments March 4. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  

James A. Cipollono was indicted on a count of second-degree sexual assault, with multiple assaults in the period from Sept. 11 to Nov. 30, 2024, in Middle Township.

Edgardo Rodiguez was indicted on a single count of possession of a CDS, cocaine.

Matthew O’Hara faces two third-degree counts, for burglary and possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.

Daniel R. Shaw was named in a three-count indictment, one for second-degree aggravated assault, along with two counts of criminal mischief, one in the third degree and one in the fourth degree.
