Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 15 indictments March 26. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  

A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons. 

Benjamin Beason was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, fentanyl, along with fourth-degree certain person for possession of a knife; he was convicted of possession of a CDS with intent to distribute in 2002.

John Salto faces a fourth-degree count for bail jumping in 2017 and 2018.

Michael Dileo was named in a three-count indictment, all three counts for third-degree possession of a CDS. The drugs were cocaine, clonazepam and buprenorphine.

Michael J. Gleba and Meghan Gleba were jointly indicted on three third-degree counts for theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and conspiracy. In addition, Meghan Gleba was named in two fourth-degree counts of child abuse and neglect.

Austin Greer faces two third-degree counts of aggravated assault on Middle Township police officers.

Kimberly Dahlquist was indicted on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree. She also faces a third-degree count for aggravated assault.

Patrick Grace violated the terms of parole supervision for life, a third-degree count, when he was found to have possession of child porn, the count being endangering the welfare of a child in the third degree. Distribution of child porn gets Grace a second-degree count for endangering the welfare of a child. Grace was convicted in 2016 of endangering the welfare of a child.

Jennifer Scott and Michael Kelly were independently indicted for possession of a CDS, third degree. The drugs were methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Wesley Heaton was indicted for possession of five or more doses of a prescription legend drug, pantoprazole.

Danny Klebetz faces two counts of shoplifting, one in the third and one in the fourth degree. The charges related to incidents in January and February of this year in Upper Township.

Parker Curtis faces a third-degree count for shoplifting in Middle Township in February.

Melissa M. Lapworth was indicted for absconding from parole, a count in the third degree.

Thomas Maher was named in a single count indictment for third-degree criminal mischief. Damage was in excess of $2,000.

Daniel J. Porrini was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault related to an incident in Sea Isle City in February.
