Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 25 indictments Aug. 27. 

The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.  A “certain person” charge can be brought against individuals whose previous convictions bar them from having weapons. 

Randall K. Parsons was indicted on two counts of third degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine and fentanyl, along with two fourth-degree counts for possessing a prohibited weapon, a switchblade knife, and certain person. Parsons was convicted in 1998 in Pennsylvania of burglary.

Shannon Glenn faces charges of third-degree theft by deception, fourth-degree impersonation of a law enforcement officer and third-degree impersonation.

Davis J. Arnold and Laqua Tucker were jointly indicted on 10 counts: two counts of burglary, two of theft and four of conspiracy, all third degree, along with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Jahquees Johnson was named in a single-count indictment for third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.

Clair Walter faces two second-degree counts of endangering the welfare of a child related to an incident in Upper Township in June.

Jose L. Ramos-Coriano was indicted on four counts related to controlled substances. He faces second-degree charges for possession of a CDS with intent to distribute within 500 feet of public property, along with three third-degree counts for possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession of a CDS.

Mark J. Bourne was named in a five-count indictment for second-degree burglary, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and making terroristic threats, both third degree, and unlawful possession of a weapon, a knife, and criminal mischief, both fourth degree.

Collen Clark was indicted on a single count of fourth-degree criminal trespass in Middle Township in May.

Fanglin Jiang faces three third-degree counts for forgery, attempted forgery and attempted theft by deception, along with a fourth-degree count for theft of a credit card.

Rosalba J. Urena was indicted on seven counts: four third-degree counts for impersonation, fraudulent use of a credit card, theft and conspiracy with an unidentified co-conspirator, and three fourth-degree counts, for criminal simulation, forgery and making false statements to possess a card.

Michael Labella faces a second-degree count for making a false report, along with a fourth-degree count for a false report to a law enforcement officer.

Charles Chapman was indicted on two second-degree counts of endangering the welfare of a child in Wildwood in March. The counts were related to possession of child pornography.

James Buckley faces one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child related to possession of child pornography.

John R. Gavin was named in a two-count indictment for third-degree sex extortion and fourth-degree stalking.

Dardan Rexhepi and Joseph Johnson were indicted together on a fourth-degree count of resisting arrest. Rexhepi alone also faces two second-degree counts of eluding police.

Arcenio Aborrezco was indicted on a single count of third-degree shoplifting in Middle Township in June.

Briana Blackman was indicted on a single count of third-degree aggravated assault in Middle Township in May.

Jaleah Coles-Beck faces two third-degree counts for shoplifting and conspiracy to commit shoplifting. The conspiracy count lists an unidentified co-conspirator.

Ryan Robinson was indicted on two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, fentanyl and cocaine. The indictment also contained two fourth-degree counts, for joyriding and certain person. The certain person charge related to possession of a knife despite a 2017 conviction in Pennsylvania for burglary.

Howard Gilpin faces fourth-degree bail-jumping charges for failure to show up for a hearing.

Mary E. Breazeale was indicted on a single count of third-degree bail-jumping for failure to show up for a hearing concerning charges of second-degree arson.

Henry Voncolln faces two third-degree counts for invasion of privacy and endangering the welfare of a child, along with a fourth-degree count for cyber harassment.

Altawan Peterson was indicted on a single count of third-degree aggravated assault in Woodbine in April.

James Allen faces two third-degree counts for possession of a CDS, cocaine, and resisting arrest in Dennis Township in May.

Amanda Alexander was indicted on a single count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
