Indictments Filed April 15

Readers are reminded that not only are all individuals listed below presumed innocent unless proven guilty, there may also be multiple individuals who share the same name, even in the same town.

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 10 indictments April 15. 

Marie L. Jantti was named in a four-count indictment, with two third-degree counts for aggravated assault, one third-degree count for possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, a flashlight, and one fourth-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon.

Tiyanna C. Gant was indicted on a single count of third-degree aggravated assault.

Arnold J. Vandugteren faces two counts of aggravated assault, one in the second degree and one in the third degree.

Derek L. Davido was indicted on a single count of fourth-degree possession of a prohibited weapon, a switchblade knife.

Edward J. Scanlon 4th faces a count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child for engaging in sexual conduct that would impair the morals of a child.

Frank T. Delcorio was named in a three-count indictment, with two counts of employing a juvenile in a crime, in the second degree. The third count was theft in the third degree.

Jason M. Gregorio was indicted for eluding police in the second degree in an incident in Sea Isle City in December.

Michael D. Elsey faces a five-count indictment, with a first-degree count for robbery, two second-degree counts for aggravated assault and two third-degree counts for criminal restraint and aggravated assault.

Karalyn A. Camacho was indicted on a single count of making terroristic threats in the third degree.

Walter Hrychewycz faces a single-count indictment for third-degree receiving stolen property.
