GURLEY, ANTHONY J.

GURLEY, ANTHONY J.
Anthony Joseph Gurley, 79, of Stone Harbor, NJ passed away June 23, 2024. Anthony attended St. Rose of Lima elementary school in Audubon, NJ, St. Joe's Prep in Philadelphia, PA, Wheeling College in Wheeling, WV, and Wharton School of Business, University of PA, in Philadelphia, PA.
He was a devoted husband to his wife of 57 years, Suzanne (Kannan), a proud father of Jennifer Gurley, Christina Sandone (Michael) and Edward Gurley (Angie). He was a loving grandfather to Allyce Andricola, Julia Andricola, Nicholas Sandone, Jack Sandone, Skylar Gurley and Dylan Gurley. And he was a faithful Catholic his entire life.
Anthony was a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan. His love and passion for the Phillies, Eagles, and Flyers was an expression of the love he had for his children and loved ones. An avid golfer, Anthony achieved ultimate glory at Little Mill country club, not once but twice, 15 years apart. Anthony will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew him.
