Rose, owner of Furry Fur Ends, is thankful that her customers trust a local business like hers with their pet supply needs.

COURT HOUSE – Furry Fur Ends, an independent pet store in Cape May Court House, celebrates its fourth year of business – Rose, owner, is deeply grateful for the store’s loyal customer base and for anybody who chooses to support a locally-owned business like theirs over a big-box store.

The selection of pet supplies on offer is dynamic – Rose said that “we are always changing our products to make them better. That means we respond to customer feedback about what lines of products they like, and we are always doing research to support lines of products that are the healthiest for your pet.”

“Mr. Bill” is one of the most popular dog toys at Furry Fur Ends.

One of the products they are most proud to stock is a selection of fresh, refrigerator-stored dog and cat foods from Fresh Pet. “They sell a higher grade of product to independent stores like ours than they do to big-box stores,” Rose said. “It really is the better choice for your dog. They don’t have artificial preservatives that are basically standard in dry food and canned food. You can actually see the fresh vegetables and real meat in the product when you buy it”

If Furry Fur Ends doesn’t carry a specific product a customer is looking for, they can order them and have them shipped to the store. Rose is also proud to offer delivery services for their products. Somebody on staff is always buzzing around town making deliveries to their loyal customers, some of whom have a hard time making it out of the house.

Dog life jackets have been a surprisingly popular item this season at Furry Fur Ends.

The store offers a variety of items for your puppies and kittens, including toys, treats, puppy teething rings, and clothing. Additionally, they have an engraving machine that can personalize your pets’ names in different shapes such as bones, hearts, paws, and fire hydrants. Their tags are available in pink, red, blue, purple, and a stylish crystal silver bone design.

Furry Fur Ends loves to help locals celebrate their dogs’ birthdays.

They always have a 50% off selection, as well as crates, tee-pees, beds, carriers, backpacks, front packs, and strollers. To keep your pets mentally stimulated, they have treat puzzles and interactive toys in various shapes, such as milk containers, cookie-finding games, bee-hiking challenges, chicken leg searches in a KFC bucket, and a log to find chipmunks.

If you are looking to take your dog on a wetlands kayaking trip, they stock a selection of doggy lifejackets in a variety of sizes, as well as floating toys for dogs who love to swim.

Operating Furry Fur Ends has been a dream for Rose. She and her husband have worked hard to compete with big-box stores, and they have found a formula for local success. Their customers are loyal, the prices competitive, and the staff friendly.

Come say hello to Rose at Furry Fur Ends, located at the Cornerstone Plaza along Route 9 in Cape May Court House.
