FRAME, FRANCES L. Frances Lillian Frame, 87, of Cape May Court House, NJ. Early on Sabbath, March 16, 2024, Frances, loving mother, grand-mother, and great-grand-mother, passed away peacefully in her sleep, at the age of 87. She spent 40 years of her life as a nurse. In addition to this she was a wonderful woman who dedicated her whole life to helping others. She is survived by her children Lisa, Clifford (Barbara), and Connie (Mike); her grandchildren Francis, Noah, Zaphyna, Horace, Lisa II, Carmen, Shelby, Mike Jr., Brooke, Vinny, Samantha; and her twelve great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Anna Richardson; her children, Susan and Michael (Barb); as well as her siblings, Catherine and John. A graveside service to celebrate Frances' life will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Green Creek Methodist Church Cemetery, 386 Route 47, Green Creek, NJ 08219.
