Elizabeth “Liz” Fox (née Pepe), of Cape May Court House, NJ, passed away peacefully on the early morning of July 30, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born in Camden, NJ, on September 21, 1954, to Antonio and Catherine Pepe. Liz graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1972 and went on to earn her diploma in accounting from Atlantic Cape Community College.
On June 24, 1972, Liz married the love of her life, William L. Fox Sr. They shared 41 wonderful years of marriage until his passing in 2014. Their love and devotion to one another and their family remained the center of their lives.
Throughout her career, Liz worked as a skilled bookkeeper and general manager, most notably at Two Mile Landing, El Coronado Resort, and several other businesses. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike.
Liz had a deep love for her family and friends. She especially cherished trips to Atlantic City with her loved ones and never missed a chance to get up and dance. Her vibrant spirit lit up every gathering, and her laughter brought joy to all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving son, William L. Fox Jr. (Brianna); devoted daughter, Marta M. Fox (Jonathon); cherished grandchildren, Adon Donahue (Ekaterina), Tyler Brooks, Antonio Tozer, and Kelly Fox; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Ava and Ryan. She is also survived by her sisters, Antonette and Dorothy. Liz was predeceased by her brother, John.
Liz's strength, warmth, and love will live on in all who knew her.
Services will be Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Visitation will be 2:00 to 3:30 pm. Time of Sharing will begin at 3:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family of Elizabeth Fox and mailed to 7 Woodside Dr., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
