FAIRMAN, THOMAS FREDERICK, JR. Thomas Frederick Fairman, Jr., 73, passed away in Cape May Court House, NJ on November 8, 2023. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 26, 1950. Thomas was a longtime resident of the Town Bank, NJ area and spent winters in Boynton Beach, FL. Following graduation from high school, he began his career as a screen printer that lasted more than 50 years. Thomas was know by many nicknames such as "Fred" and "T-shirt Tommy." He had a love for music and concerts especially Jimmy Buffett, Frankie Valli, and Doo Wop music. Thomas enjoyed winters in Florida, docksiding along with his friends at his favorite restaurants and happy hours. He was a model train collector and built many platforms for his collection. Thomas was a member of the Greater Wildwood Elks Lodge 1896, Villas Fishing Club, and the Lower Township Moose Lodge 1054. Thomas celebrated 53 years of marriage in September to his best friend, Debbie. He was preceded in death by Thomas F. Fairman, Sr. (father), and Lillian Glaum (mother). Thomas is survived by his loving wife Debbie Fairman; younger brother, Tim Fairman; oldest son, Thomas F. (Amie) Fairman III; youngest son, David T. (Jennifer) Fairman; and 5 grandchildren (Ayla, Liam, Mia, Cooper, and Quinn) which he adored. A service of remembrance will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at Evoy Funeral Home located at 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204. Those who wish to remember Thomas in a special way may make a charitable donation in his memory to Animal Outreach of Cape May County.
