DeANGELO, LINDA J.
Linda J. DeAngelo, 71, North Cape May, entered into eternal rest Sunday, November 10th at Cooper University Medical Center-Camden.
Born January 17, 1953 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Frederick Bruce Culp and the late Doris (Monroe) Falgie.
After graduating from George Washington High School, Philadelphia, she attended Gordon Phillips Beauty School and studied cosmetology. She married her husband, Thomas, May 15, 1978. Eventually, she and Tom would relocate to North Cape May in 1990 and she worked as a hair dresser in the community where she enjoyed meeting new people and interacting with her clients.
Nana, as she was known by those who she loved the most, enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren who were her pride and joy. She and Tom also enjoyed traveling and venturing to new places including the Caribbean, Europe, Hilton Head or the Shores of Palm Beach.
Linda is survived by the love of her life, Thomas M. DeAngelo, whom she was married 46 years; son John DeAngelo husband of Nicole and his children Makenzie and Javen; son T. Nicholas DeAngelo husband of Kayla and their children Aria, Lena and Beatrix; and daughter Jillian Loughlin and her daughter Audrey. She is also survived by a sister Nancy Almond wife of Leonard and brother Robert Culp husband of Kathy and several nieces.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 16th at 2PM at Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Road, North Cape May NJ 08204. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 1PM until the time of service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
