County Announces Fishing Creek Road Resurfacing

The long-awaited resurfacing of Fishing Creek Road (Cr 639) phase 1 will be commencing on November 6, 2023, with the start of the drainage phase of the work. Drainage improvements will be ongoing along Fishing Creek Road in the vicinity of Tabernacle Road (Cr 647). 

Traffic will be maintained, however during the work day, motorists will experience lane shifts or one lane alternating traffic using flaggers. Normal traffic patterns will resume at the end of each workday. Work will begin at 7:00am and continue each day until around 5:00pm. Motorists should expect delays. Additional traffic advisories will be posted as construction progresses.
