THOMAS LAWRENCE
Thomas Lawrence Costello was born in Jersey City, NJ on December 4th, 1946, to Thomas and Angela Costello. He grew up in Maywood, NJ and lived with his wife Theresa in Colorado and Nebraska before making North Cape May his home.
Thomas loved spending time with his grandkids, traveling, golf, fishing, and wildlife. His impact on the community was felt in part through his career as a child psychologist at Lower Cape May Regional school district. He also shared his passion for sports through coaching local youth football, basketball, and soccer teams.
He is survived by his wife Theresa, his sons Sean (wife Lauren), Kevin (wife Anna), and Brian (wife Lindsay), and his grandchildren, Jonathan, William, Nathaniel, Fiona, Emily, and Lucas.
A public viewing will be held at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House on Tuesday, June 17 from 6:00-8:00pm and at St. John Neumann Parish at St. John of God Church, 680 Town Bank Road, North Cape May on Wednesday, June 18 from 10:00-10:45am with Mass to follow at 11:00am. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, Cape May Court House.
