Woodbine Library Hosts December Activities for Teens and Tweens

WOODBINE – The Cape May County Library will host two “tweens & teens” activities during the month of December at the Woodbine Branch, 800 Monroe Avenue, Woodbine.
The Teen Department of the Cape May County Library will be hosting after-school activities (games, crafts, and other fun) for students in grades 4-8 at the Woodbine Branch library twice in the month of December. The programs will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Dec. 5 (popsicle stick ornaments) and Dec. 19 (paper crafts: snowflakes & origami).
Registration is not required for these programs.

“Our November programs were luminaries and duct tape wallets” noted Mayor Pikolycky. The number of students attending continues to increase, a mix of regulars and new additions, and the joy of their creativity has been shared with us by the teen library program staff.”
Also at the Woodbine Branch, Dec. 4 from 10 to 11 a.m., will be “Sugarplum Storytime”. Children age 2 to 6 and their families are invited to come celebrate the season with a holiday storytime in their jammies. Time to read holiday stories, sing songs, and decorate cookies. No registration is necessary.
