COURT HOUSE – May’s menu of meals by the Department of Aging Home-Bound meal program.

Monday, May 1: BBQ chicken, potato wedges, peas, tossed salad with French dressing, yogurt, bread, 2% milk

Dinner: Salami and cheese on hamburger roll, macaroni salad, diced pears, orange juice

Tuesday, May 2:  NO MEALS

Wednesday, May 3:  Baked Ziti, Italian mixed vegetables, tossed salad with French dressing, sliced peaches, bread, 2% milk

Dinner: Seafood salad, wheat bread, lettuce and tomato, potato salad, applesauce, cranberry juice

Thursday, May 4: Roast pork, gravy, lima beans, rice, dinner roll, cole slaw, butterscotch pudding, 2% milk

Dinner: Tuna salad on white, tossed salad with ranch, cookies, orange juice

Friday, May 5: Crab cake, tartar sauce, stewed tomatoes, macaroni & cheese, tossed salad with 1000 island dressing, apple, bread, 2% milk

Dinner: Roast beef on wheat bread, lettuce and tomato, banana, tomato juice

Monday, May 8:Lemon Chicken Primavera, whole grain penne pasta, sauce, broccoli, dinner roll, tossed salad with Italian dressing, apricots

Dinner:  Corned beef, lettuce & tomato, potato salad, dinner roll, lemon pudding, grape juice

Tuesday, May 9:  Hot turkey sandwich with gravy, potato medley, peas, cole slaw, vanilla pudding, bread, juice, 2% milk

Dinner:  Liverwurst on rye, mayo, onions, macaroni salad, applesauce, cranberry juice

Wednesday, May 10: Meatloaf, gravy, mashed potatoes, spinach, tossed salad with French dressing, mandarin oranges, bread, 2% milk.

Dinner:  Bologna, wheat roll, broccoli salad, cookies, apple juice

Thursday, May 11: Sliced ham, cabbage, boiled potato, apple sauce, lemon crunch pie, bread 2% milk

Dinner:  Turkey and Swiss Cheese Sandwich, wheat bread, tossed salad, Russian dressing, diced peaches, vegetable juice

Friday, May 12: Sausage, Peppers, Onions, ice and beans, mixed vegetables, tossed salad, 1000 island dressing, pears, bread, 2% milk

Dinner:  Grilled chicken on hamburger roll, mayo, celery sticks, jello cup, orange juice

Monday, May 15: Chicken Alfredo, Rotini Noodles, Green Beans, Tossed Salad, 1000 Island Dressing, Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Icing, Bread, 2% Milk

Dinner: Ham and Swiss cheese on Wheat, Cole Slaw, Mustard, Pickles, 2 Cookies, Cranberry Juice

Tuesday, May 16: Spaghetti, Meat Balls, Italian Vegetables, Dinner Roll, Tossed Salad, Apple Pie, and 2% Milk

Dinner: Corned Beef, Potato Salad, Rye Bread, Pineapple Chunks, Grape Juice

Wednesday, May 17: Ham Steak, Hawaiian Sauce, Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli, Carrot Salad, Banana, Bread, 2% Milk

Dinner: Crab Salad, Lettuce, Tomato, Bread, Peaches, Apple Juice

Thursday, May 18: Breaded Chicken Cutlet, Gravy, Rice & Mushrooms, Capri Mixed Vegetables, Creamed Cabbage, Tapioca Pudding, Bread, 2% Milk

Dinner: Roast Beef Sandwich on Kaiser Roll, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, Applesauce, Orange Juice

Friday, May 19: Baked Fish with Cocktail Sauce, Mac and Cheese, Stewed Tomatoes, Cucumber Dill Salad, Rice Pudding, Bread, 2% Milk
