Weatherization Information Available at Woodbine PRAC Office

WOODBINE – Mayor William Pikolycky is pleased to announce that the Puerto Rican Action Committee, will be offering presentations concerning weatherization on Oct. 21 from 1 to 4 p.m. at their Woodbine office located at 604 Franklin Street, Woodbine.
Quick and easy ways to weatherize homes and lower energy bills will be explained. Along with these tips, information will be provided on what is weatherization is and on how it can save money, along with education on environmental hazards.
Applications for the weatherization assistance program provided through Cape Human Resources will be available since their Woodbine office was recently closed.
“I want to thank the Puerto Rican Action Committee for partnering with Cape Human Resources to get this vital information out and available to our local community and to encourage people to come on out and take advantage of this opportunity.”
