As a former mayor with six years’ experience on Township Committee, I am very aware of how Middle Township works and what it takes to run it correctly. It’s no secret; hard work, intelligence and dedication make a difference.
There are plenty of good folks that have these traits, but Tim Donohue goes above and beyond when it comes to his role as a Committeeman on our town’s governing body.
Tim is the senior member on Township Committee. His knowledge of governing and understanding of our town, along with proven management skills and great working relationships with our employees, give him the inside track on improving Middle Township.
Observant taxpayers are well aware that one-party rule lead to double-digit tax increases for a decade. The cost of government doubled in just seven years. Three Democrats on Committee means a runaway train of steady tax increases. We’ve seen a sneak preview of that with the nearly six percent tax increase in 2017. Believe me, it would have been much worse without Tim Donohue fighting for our taxpayers and voting against this tax increase. We don’t need those days to return again – we need Tim Donohue.
Tim is a sensible, informed and independent minority vote on Committee. We must vote on Nov. 7 to ensure we maintain these critical checks and balances on our governing body.
Middle Township has benefited from having Republican representation on Township Committee in many ways.
Tim has never voted to increase taxes. In fact, he kept the levy below the all-time high of 2011 for five straight years without cutting services and without laying off employees.
Tim Donohue’s proven record of leadership, team building and innovative solutions is unmatched. He doesn’t stand by and watch government just happen; he gets involved and learns how to make it better.
As your mayor, I worked closely with Tim Donohue to build a better Middle Township. His energy is unrelenting, and the positive results are all the proof we need to feel good about another three years of Donohue’s leadership.
Those who would criticize Tim Donohue’s performance do so only for cheap political gains. They don’t know him and they simply aren’t telling the truth.
I am proud to say Tim is hands down the best person for the job. No one can honestly say otherwise. You can vote party line or you can simply vote for what is right for Middle Township.
On Nov. 7, re-elect TIM DONOHUE to Township Committee.

Cape May – The number one reason I didn’t vote for Donald Trump was January 6th and I found it incredibly sad that so many Americans turned their back on what happened that day when voting. I respect that the…
