COURT HOUSE – A Veterans United Forum is scheduled  June 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Atlantic Cape Community College’s Cape May campus. The event will be hosted by the Middle Township Veterans Advisory Board.
“The Middle Township Veterans Advisory Board works tirelessly on behalf of our veterans and is such a great resource for our community. We are planning for this to be an informative event to raise awareness of the Middle Township Veterans Advisory Board and the benefits available to our veterans,” stated Middle Township Mayor Michael J. Clark in a release. “We’re hoping that veterans of all ages will join us to share their knowledge and growth on this topic.”
During the forum, local officials and representatives will share information on benefits to which veterans may be entitled.
“The Middle Township Veterans Advisory Board is here to guide the Township Committee on programs and initiatives available to improve the quality of life for Middle Township’s veterans,” stated Veterans Advisory Board Chair, Maureen A. Harden-Lozier.
“The board’s mission is to reach out to Middle Township veterans and encourage them to register with the Cape May County Clerk and the Veterans Health Administration. The board also assists the veteran in obtaining the many benefits available to them right here in Middle Township and Cape May County.”
The Middle Township Advisory Board is dedicated to helping veterans acquire the benefits they deserve.
