The purpose of the Tightlines 4-H Fishing Club is to encourage and engage members in all aspects of fishing and the water environment.
The club is currently in a “new beginning” phase – just restarted in April 2018 with a new leader and building a core member base. Beginning in August 2018, the club will also be a member of the New Jersey Fish and Wildlife’s “Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs” program. This will assist 4-H members to meet their community volunteer requirements while they learn.
Plans for the club include numerous monthly activities during meetings, and field trips that include fishing trips (both fresh and salt water), boating, kayaking and environmental adventures.
If you want to learn more about fishing, join our club! Contact Leader Bonnie Harrell at bonnierabbit83@gmail.com.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
