RIO GRANDE – The This and That Shop in Rio Grande, an operating entity of Mustard Seed of Cape May County, is hosting an 8 week course on Life Skills starting on Oct. 30. The course is free and is designed to empower the participants by assisting in understanding the power of knowing about: Food Planning, Nutrition, Budgeting, Banking, Employment, Legal Advice, Continuing Education and much more. The weekly 2 1/2 hour course will include information and discussion leaders who have expertise in each subject and can become resource contacts for the participants. For perfect attendance and completing the 8 week course, participants will receive a special award in time for Holiday needs.
