Sunday Night Movie Will Be Held at The Branches March 19

RIO GRANDE — Enjoy Sunday Night at the Movies March 19 at The Branches, next to St. Mary’s Thrift Shop, behind Family Dollar on Rt. 47 at N. 2nd St. & E. Vermont Ave, Rio Grande at 7 p.m. to see “Suffragette.” Dreaming of the right to vote, working-class Maud eagerly joins the early feminist movement. But when the peaceful protests of the suffragettes accomplish nothing, they’re driven to more radical methods of effecting change. Rated PG-13.
There is no charge for the movie and the evening is open to everyone. Movie goers can bring snacks and non-alcoholic beverages and enjoy this true story and discussion.
