COURT HOUSE — South Jersey Gas will begin its expansion of service in the Del Haven section of Middle Township starting Aug. 30, 2013. Construction crews will begin the process of installing natural gas pipe along Bayshore Road in Del Haven. This work is expected to continue through the month of Sept.
Motorists who will be driving on Bayshore Road and side streets in Del Haven are advised to strictly obey all posted speed limits and exercise greater caution while driving while this work is underway. Work crews will be installing pipe throughout neighborhoods to serve homeowners who have signed up to switch to natural gas.
Installation work will be conducted on the following streets:
Bayshore Road, Bucknell Avenue, Colgate Street, Delaware Avenue, Eldredge Avenue, Geneva Avenue, Lafayette Avenue, Lehigh Avenue, Millman, North 6th, 10th, 11th, 15th, and 16th Streets, South 5th, 10th, and 15th Streets, Oak Avenue, Park Avenue, Pine Avenue, Rutledge Boulevard, and Sunray Beach Road.
